I could look up my last sick post, but I’m too sick to look it up.

Watched a bunch of reality “relationship” television tonight laying on the couch. First was wife-swap with two crazy families. Then two divorced people that were moving on with their lives.

The new Pirates is nothing special. Entertaining, but a 15 minute storyline turned into a 3 hour movie.

My dose of Nyquill that was slightly over the 2 tbsp line is kicking in good and proper. I’m off to bed. Night!

I’m sick as a dog…but not a healthy dog, a sick one. People never qualify that. This is the first time I’ve had to cancel a subbing job because I was sick. Usually being sick is just annoying, but right now I’m miserable. I need to get dressed and go to target and buy up all their Dayquill and Nyquill. In my experience it’s the only medicine that really does anything. I was sucking on a sore throat lozenge earlier and realized how dumb a concept that is. Every 5 seconds you have to SWALLOW to make it work, and everytime you SWALLOW it freakin’ hurts. That’s a genius idea.

I’m still sick, but I had a good weekend. Friday night I went with Stacie and her parents to see the Polar Express. It was enjoyable even if the animation bugged me. I still have to see the Incredibles though. On Saturday Stacie and I got to meet with Richard to talk about wedding photo stuff, and then we went over to Scott and Linda’s for a little get together. There house is really cute. After that I spent a whole lot of time researching Real Estate stuff, trying to determine what Stacie and I can get approved for and afford, and what is out there at those prices. The wedding is only 7.5 months away…so figure if we need to start actively looking for houses a couple months before that…it’s really not that far away. Then you need to get pre-approved and all that other stuff, so yeah, lots to do! Oh, and Scott is going to officiate our wedding, so that’s another thing accomplished! Ok, back to taking some zinc and nyquill.

I’ve got a little head cold I’m trying to beat. I went to Sav-Ons last night and bought some ammo. I got that Cold-Eeze stuff everyone talks about, some nyquill, and some good sore throat lozenges. Hopefully it all does wonders and I’m not miserable all weekend. Stacie has done a great job of putting up with me.
