Gmail Storage Usage

Here’s my breakdown:

If I total our two common/shared/client email boxes for the business we have: (3067 + 493) = 3506 (13.7%) of 25600 MB

My Personal (GAFYD) email account is sitting at 763MB (10%)

My Gmail account is sitting at: 3010 MB (40%) Though I believe for a while I was backing up/archiving both my personal and business (not common) accounts to this gmail, I’m sure most of it is taken up thanks to the increased volume of Facebook related emails over the last 2 years.

If I delete all old emails more than a year old or something do free that space up?

Text only emails are small and you really need a lot of them to get any significant amount of usage. Emailing one photo could be equal to months and months of regular email.
