I've done enough research and understand the market forces to know that prices aren't going up anytime soon. So I'll save for a down payment and when it happens, it happens. No point in worrying about what's happening week to week. I think you've got everyone beat on number of posts. I'm at 300 and didn't get started until the end of 2005.
