Annoying Loser People

Since I just posted an annoying loser person on my blog, I decided it would be a good time to follow up. There are two specific types of people that drive me utterly insane with their loserness and idiocy.

Girls with sunglasses so big they take up their whole face

Mostly seen at CSULB my last semester and also on myspace, these girls annoy me beyond words. Much like the girl in the post below, all those sunglasses tell me is that you are much more likely to be whorish than most girls. You’re also more likely to get drunk at random parties, hook up with loser guys, and you probably want to go into liberal studies or nursing (let’s see how many people I can offend in one post!).

In case you do wear these kind of sunglasses, let me clarify that there are other qualifications beyond the sunglasses. They are in no specific order: bleached blonde hair, wife beaters, smoking, working at hooters, thinking you’re on The O.C., bragging about the numerous children you’ve fathered to guys with trucker hats, and you probably will never actually finish college and get a real job because you’re too busy thinking you’re a porn star.

I wish I had this intuition back in High School.

Gangsters with shaved heads that all wear white shirts to their knees and roam like a pack of wolves

There is a reason you don’t see successful people in life doing the above: it makes you an idiot gangster by default. Stop bumping your crappy music in your obviously leased Escalade and do something with your life. Instead of walking around like you’re about to rob a liquor store, get a job and learn how to dress! At least get clothes that fit, and buy a comb and get a hairstyle. Even worse than this is the gangster that doesn’t know how to use a condom and becomes tied down by a kid. Faced with this obvious life change and responsibility, do you lose the gangster look and attitude? Of course not, you just go along being an idiot gangster setting a horrible example for your children to follow in your footsteps.

You’ve been epitomized in gangster movies and rap music for so long now, aren’t you tired of it? I am.

i wear big sunglasses. and i’m going to explain my reasoning so that you will not lump me into the first of the two loser annoying people categories that you posted about (i know for a fact there are more than just those two categories).

simply put, it’s for the UV protection, and better vision during the brightest hours of the day.

the big glasses allow less light to reach the eyes, where smaller sunglasses only block some light, and at certain angles, vision is nearly impossible with bright light coming in around the perimeter of the lenses.

also, one time, i went shopping at Target with Theresa Buchanan and i jokingly said, “theresa, help me pick out some glasses…i don’t know what’s in style these days.” she pointed to an ugly pair of huge glasses and said with a smirk, “you should get those.” as i knew she was joking, since big glasses were not yet in style, and these particular glasses were a in a category of ugly all on their own, and since they only cost $5.99, I put them on and played along. i bought the glasses and began actually wearing them in public, and in so doing, won the game in the fact that she felt really bad for having taken advantage of my fashion trust in her and telling me to buy something which would get me made fun of.

turns out, the glasses were really comfortable for my eyes. and now i like bigger glasses. however, i do not bleach my hair, I do not wear wife beaters (except for underneath other shirts), I do not smoke, nor do I work at hooters, or think I’m on The O.C. I do not brag about the numerous children that I’ve fathered to guys with trucker hats (I do not wear trucker hats either), I have, in fact, finished college, and I currently have four jobs, if you consider “missionary” a job.

And I do not think I’m a porn star.

So…I am fairly confident that The Blarg and it’s associates do not lump me into this specific “big glasses” annoying people group. Thank you for allowing me to explain my decision to wear big glasses that cover much of my face.

On your gangster point… being a third grade teacher a couple of times I have come into contact with the “future gangster.” Sadly, in third grade and sometimes even younger, I can spot them. I had one in my class last year with the shaved head and bad attitude and then I met his high school aged brother and saw this little boy’s future of baggy pants, a shaved head and dont give a crap attitude. I hope I’m wrong about him and he’ll become an upstanding citizen who will graduate high school and go to college, and not be a father before he can legally drink.
