I think it was one thing to disagree on an issue and debate it, but it's another to just say Bush is dumb. It's much more credible to say "I disagree with Bush on this specific issue..." than to just say he's an idiot (I know you didn't do that, but lots of people on the left do). We could talk about some of your points, but it's completely off the topic of my post, so we can save that for another day.

But yes, Dodger baseball will be here soon enough. Then we can start ganging up on Kevin and his Anaheim Angels of Anaheim!

Yea I have no idea why I'm on that list. Good point though it would be hard to track everyone that visits a website....BUT do I think its possible? I do. Angelo even proved my point that you could be tracked through a website like amazon. Thats just amazon...either way I just think its interesting and kinda random. I can't think of any other reason why I WOULD be on the TSA list.

Oh and Nathan since you got the vitals on Bush I'll ad this:

"I think we ought to raise the age at which juveniles can have a gun." —St Louis Missouri October 18 2000 George W Bush

From my proudly displayed Bushisms calendar. I could give you one a day if you'd like? haha I won't promise. Spoken like a true Yale grad.

Nice stats before he became president, and money buys a lot of things, but lets take a look at thing he's done since. This is just the tip of the iceberg.

• How bout his federal response to Katrina...needed that 2 more days of his month long vacation. Probably watching HBO.
• The skyrocketing National debt
• An administration failure to even acknowledge global warming
• A ridiculous proposal for the immigration problem, a giant wall if you didn't know
• The total lack of a plan for the war with no end in sight, and already a half a trillion dollars in Iraq.
• He can't even appear in public unless the audience is pre-screened to insure no one except is devote supporters get within shouting distance.

I could go on as I'm sure you could to...but I don't want to take up any more room on your blog!

anyway 90 days till spring training then we can talk about something we agree on. The Dodgers! have a good one....

John, first off I'm sorry you're on that TSA list, it must suck. Not sure how you got on there but it's not cool.

In response to your paranoia-big brother is watching you post... I don't think you're being watched on the Internet so I hope you're not losing sleep over it. Technically speaking, it's costly and hard to do (not impossible though). There are just way too many people on the Internet along with mountains of (often garbage) data for them to choose *you* to be watched. Also I'm sure it takes more than a person going to a few *alternative* websites and not taking their shoes off at an airport to be chosen for tracking (I'm sure they look at criminal records and other important stuff).

Unless you're using the US Government as your ISP I don't think you have much to worry about.

However, You are being watched every time you go to amazon.com, those mofos track your shopping and browsing habits worse than the government will ever do. Fear Amazon... they'll make money off you!

Dang, that's random, and sucky. I think they should be heavily screening people of middle eastern descent, not old white ladies...but that is racist. I wonder why you're on there...I'm sure lots of it is computer driven, but who knows.

And since you took a shot at Bush's intelligence, I gotta set you straight. Bush scored a 1206 on his SAT. He graduated from Yale. He flew fighter pilots. He received an MA from Harvard Business School. He worked in private business. He was governor of Texas, and now he is President. Not exactly what I'd call dumb John.

oh nathan....I'm to tired to respond to this one! haha...just kidding. I actually haven't read much into the wire taping stuff. so I can't say where I sit. But since I think Bush is a few fries short of a happy meal I'm sure I'd be against it...BUT from what I have heard and the little I have read about this my intial thought is that Bush has used the war to say he has the power to such things. As far as you know it doesn't have to do with domestic wire taping...sorry reading your post as I write so its kind of random, I wouldn't be so sure. How do you explain how I got onto the TSA list at the airport. You know the list...the one the evil doers are on. Well yes I'm on it. Pretty cool I think. Is it because I refuse to take my shoes off at the airport? Maybe? is it the conversations I have with my brother in law about world situations and its crosses international lines? Maybe? Or is it because I visit websites daily that love to share a different opinion. "alternative" news if you will. No not Fox. I very much believe we are being watched as to where we go on the internet. How would we know? really? Why else would my name be on such a list? My identity has never been stolen, which is what they told me...whatever. So from now on I can't do web-check in and when I do check in it takes about 20 minutes. Good times. I don't really care I just feel bad for the people behind me. So how do we really know we aren't being watched or tapped? Like most things, in my opinion, we'll never know. Oh and if your ever fortunate to get on the TSA list like myself and want to get off it. You can send away for a "booklet" that you fill out and then return. Apparently the booklet is about 60 pages. I think I might send away for it to see what kind of questions it asks. Curious.
