So I got sick yesterday, but thanks to a regimen of orange juice, One-A-Day vitamins, and 12 hours of sleep last night, I’m half way to kicking the cold already. Every morning I take a multi-vitamin with a glass of orange juice, and who knows if it helps at all, but I figured out it’s only $15 a year. There’s lycopene in it, so maybe I won’t get prostate cancer in 30 years. Otherwise I’ve been trying to wash my hands regularly, especially before I eat. The other thing I try not to do is touch my eyes, ears, nose, etc. after I’ve been around students, that’s just asking to get sick. So here’s for hoping I can beat a cold in a weekend.
